The Metropolitan Emergency Resources Catalog (ERC) is published by the Plan Bulldozer Committee of The Heavy Constructors Association of the Greater Kansas City Area, and the Kansas City Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America.

The purpose behind the ERC is found in the natural and man-made disasters that have occurred in Kansas City’s past, which required the need for equipment and expertise from the area’s construction companies to alleviate human suffering and loss of property. The ERC is intended to provide a convenient directory of available resources of services, supplies, and equipment for use during a disaster or other emergency.

The Plan Bulldozer Committee publishes an updated edition of the ERC annually.
